Barrel Race Scores

Thank you for your support of Rocky Mountain Challenge Barrel Race. We certainly named it correctly; there were "challenges" at every turn this year. We had intended to post the results Friday night immediately following the race, but the power outage changed that decision & impacted others. We were forced to end the race with only 60 of our 103 riders having entered the arena. We refunded all but 3 of those unable to run; those 3 riders will receive refunds via check. We then paid out the full amount of the entries from 60 runs and the $2000 added. Even though it was a smaller number of riders, we paid out all 5 places in 4D, realizing this spread the winnings over a larger group, but keeping in line with what we had advertized. We also realize the program we were using for the first time may need some adjustment in regards to percentages for future races.
