Greetings from the Mile High City,
The Colorado Gay Rodeo Association is proud to announce the 28th annual Rocky Mountain Regional Rodeo. RMRR is the oldest running rodeo on the International Gay Rodeo Associations circuit. It would be a great honor for us to have you help us celebrate 28 years of gay rodeo. Our event will take place July 9, 10 & 11, 2010 at the Jefferson County Fair Grounds located in Golden Colorado, the gateway to the majestic Rocky Mountains.
As a past or future sponsor/vendor at RMRR we would like to extend you an invitation to participate in this year’s event. We are working very hard to make this years event the biggest and best ever. With your help as a vendor, we can achieve that goal.
If you have not participated in our event, this is a great opportunity to display your products on a busy midway with a high volume of rodeo contestants and attendees. Past rodeos have seen an attendance of over 4,000. This is the perfect opportunity for you to introduce your products, services or organization to people from all over the U.S. and Canada.
This year all entertainment will be held on the rodeo ground as well as the Sunday night awards banquet. The bars and beer truck will remain open during all events.
We will discount vendor fees for those that submit the application along with payment on or before June 1, 2010. After June 1st, the fee will be higher. Space is limited so we encourage you to submit your application early. We can not reserve a space until payment has been received. There is no charge for vendor space to our sponsors.
Booth setup will begin at 9:00 a.m on Friday. We ask that vendors be open for business at 5:00 p.m. on Friday and remain open until 10:00 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday vendors should be open from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Vendors will be allowed to tear down on Monday morning, July 12th. We will have 24 hour security on the grounds beginning Friday until Monday morning.
If you have friends or family that would like to participate as a vendor, please forward their information to me. Vendor applications can be downloaded from our website at www.cgra.us. The website contains lots of helpful information about RMRR 28, the fair grounds and our host hotel, the Denver Sheraton West. There are several large events in the Denver area the same weekend. We have reserved a large block of room at the host hotel but we will not be able to add anymore rooms. Hotels in the Denver Metro area will fill up fast. Please, if you will be making reservations at any hotel in the Denver area, do it early. As always we also have camping on the rodeo grounds. You may reserve these spots by contacting the fair grounds directly using the link on our website.
